TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment involves providing comprehensive support for the sustainability upgrade of VvE’s (housing associations) in the municipalities of Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Best, Oirschot and Geldrop-Mierlo. The support must, within 2 years, lead to a decision by the General Members’ Meeting (ALV) of a selected VvE to take at least one sustainability measure. This is preferably an insulation measure, but other measures are also open to discussion. The number of VvE’s to be reached in this way is 77 units within two years; this is described in more detail in the PVE. The work focuses on activating the VvE’s to take measures, guiding and advising in the process leading to decision-making, and also acting as the point of contact with a periodic drop-in consultation hour. Follow-up studies and actual implementation do not fall within the scope of the assignment. This concerns advisory services for VvE’s of 5 municipalities with the aim of achieving a total of 77 sustainability measures in 2 years.
