TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the provision of comprehensive support for the sustainability of Homeowners' Associations (VvE’s) in the municipalities of Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Best, Oirschot, and Geldrop-Mierlo. The support must result within 2 years in a resolution at the General Members Meeting of a selected VvE to take at least one sustainability measure. Preferably, this is an insulation measure, but other measures are also negotiable. The number of VvE’s to be reached in this way is 77 units in two years; this is further specified in the PVE. The activities focus on activating the VvE’s to take measures, guiding and advising in the process towards decision-making, and also being the point of contact with a periodic walk-in consultation hour. Further investigations and actual implementation are not within the scope of the contract. These are advisory services for VvE's of 5 municipalities with the aim of a total of 77 sustainability measures in 2 years.
