TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Helmond aims to optimize the development opportunities for children in Helmond education and childcare for the coming years (2027 – 2031) within the frameworks set by the municipal council and within the national budget. We are looking for a party that provides: • Organizing and facilitating networks with education and childcare • Managing and updating a reference work for professionals • Designing and implementing a professionalization offer in collaboration with VVE providers that optimally matches their needs and the planning in the practice of childcare. • Carrying out the annual scenario calculation of the hourly rate for Preschool Education • Conducting a cost price calculation/research of the VVE hourly rate in 2028 • Independent advising to the municipality of Helmond on relevant (complementary) themes including at least the following themes: • newcomer education, • inclusive childcare and inclusive education; • general input for new policy notes.
