TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the coming years (2027 – 2031), the municipality of Helmond wishes to optimize the development opportunities for children in Helmond’s education and childcare within the framework set by the municipal council and within the national budget. We are looking for a party that ensures: • Organising and facilitating networks with education and childcare • Managing and updating a reference work for professionals • Designing and delivering a professionalisation offer in cooperation with VVE providers that optimally meets their needs and aligns with the childcare practice schedule. • Conducting the annual scenario calculation for the hourly rate for Pre-school Education (Voorschoolse Educatie) • Conducting a cost price calculation/study for the VVE hourly rate in 2028 • Providing independent advice to the municipality of Helmond on relevant (supporting) topics, including at a minimum the following topics: • education for newcomers, • inclusive childcare and inclusive education; • general input for new policy notes.
