TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this procurement, the contracting authority aims to contract a single contractor who, with effect from 1 January 2027, will be responsible for carrying out maintenance for weed control on paved areas in the cemeteries. The aim is to achieve a professional, reliable and high-quality execution of the work, ensuring that the cemeteries maintain a well-kept, safe and dignified appearance. The work must be carried out in a structural and efficient manner and in accordance with the specified quality levels, with consideration for sustainability and minimal inconvenience for visitors. This agreement is intended to ensure continuity in the execution and to enter into a collaboration with a party that is able to contribute proactively to quality improvement and optimal service delivery throughout the term of the assignment.
