For the Contracting Authority: provision of a company registry subscription, company analysis, financial statements repository, and partner monitoring service. Tasks to be performed: I. Provide 45 user accounts for the online company registry, with the ability to view the data and use the functions specified in the Technical Description and in this section: 1. Access to basic data of business organizations 2. Analysis of ownership and organizational relationships 3. Visual presentation of relationships 4. Risk assessment functions 5. Contact and business information 6. Company history and change tracking 7. Partner verification functions 8. Search and analysis options II. Partner tracking service for monitoring changes in company data.
