TENDER DESCRIPTION

The German Federal Pension Insurance Fund (Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund) intends to procure an online voting product for carrying out the 2029 social election as a—first-time—hybrid initial election (Urwahl) of the German Federal Pension Insurance Fund (Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund). The online voting product must enable secure, legally robust, timely, traceable, accessible and data-protection-compliant electronic voting and the evaluation thereof. In addition, integration of the online voting into the postal election (briefwahl) that will also be carried out must be ensured. The scope of services includes the provision and operation of a full-service online voting product comprising all components in their entirety (such as cloud solution, online voting software, technical system environment for operation, full service, project accompaniment, etc.) that are required to achieve the objectives.
