TENDER DESCRIPTION

Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund intends to procure an online voting product for conducting the 2029 social elections as—the first time—a hybrid initial election (Urwahl) of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund. The online voting product is intended to enable IT-secure, legally compliant, timely, traceable, accessible and data-protection-compliant electronic casting of votes and their evaluation. In addition, the integration of online voting into the postal voting to be conducted additionally must be ensured. The scope of services includes the provision and operation of a full-service online voting product, in its entirety of the components (such as cloud solution, online voting software, technical system environment for operation, full service, project support, etc.), that are required to achieve the objectives. Contract start: 01.07.2027 or after award of the contract Contract end: 31.03.2030, unless an election challenge lawsuit is filed If the election result is challenged, the contract term may be extended monthly, if necessary, until the conclusion of the legal remedy proceedings.
