TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is the design, production, installation, monitoring, and dismantling of the scenography for the exhibition. The exhibition runs from 09.10.2027 to 16.01.2027. The exhibition starts in the introductory space and continues in halls I through XI. See floor plan, appendix 6. The contractor is responsible for the following in the context of the exhibition scenography “Rubens and the world”: 1. concept development + study + design 2. production/development + control over production 3. construction and installation 4. monitoring during the exhibition period 5. dismantling (including any removal of materials) The following items also form part of the contract: - concept and design of the exhibition scenography and the visitor experience - study, design and execution of exhibition furniture (walls, display cases, plinths, (seating) furniture, multimedia, stanchions, …) + any elements of the visitor experience - graphic design of text in the exhibition halls + execution - development, production, and installation (interactive) AV/MM applications (including developing any software) Design and execution of lighting are not part of this contract; for…
