TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract titled “Work and safety footwear” is the supply of goods – work and safety footwear for the needs of the contracting authority’s employees as part of fulfilling the contracting authority’s obligation, pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. (Z. z.) on occupational safety and health and on the amendment and supplementing of certain laws, as amended, to provide employees with the necessary effective personal occupational protective equipment. A more detailed description of the subject matter of the contract forms Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 9 to these tender documents.
