TENDER DESCRIPTION

These are shell construction and demolition works for the expansion of the operating department of the Diakonissen-Stiftungs-Krankenhaus Speyer by two operating rooms, a larger recovery room, as well as the reconstruction and modernization of adjacent functional areas. Quantities: - Supply and exhaust air unit with heat recovery, in hygiene design for OR areas, V= 9,795 m³/h - Supply and exhaust air unit with heat recovery, in hygiene design for extension of service yard, V= 6,670 m³/h - Air duct network made of galvanized sheet metal ducts with maximum edge length 1500 mm approx. 1410 m² - Ventilation pipes DN 80 to DN 400, approx. 490 m - 37 pcs. fire protection dampers, 18 pcs. volume flow controllers, 68 pcs. air outlets - 1 piece OR clean air system (TAV ceiling) with accessories - Refrigeration unit with approx. 200 kW including cooling tower - 3 cold water wall units for technical rooms, 4 recirculating cooling systems for AOZ - Cold water pipes made of seamless threaded pipe DN15 – DN80, approx. 110 m
