TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers rebate contracts with the aforementioned active substance to all interested pharmaceutical companies without selection. Contracts are concluded within the framework of an "Open House Model." The contracts offered are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. Uniform conditions apply to all participants within the Open House Model. Contract contents, terms, and access procedures are uniform - individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being 01.10.2026. All contracts end at the latest 24 months after the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or concluding a contract can occur within the 24-month period on the first day of any month. There is a right of termination with a notice period of 6 weeks to the end of the month according to the provisions of the contract.
