TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount agreements with the above-mentioned active ingredient without any selection decision. The contracts are concluded within the framework of an “Open House model”. The offered contracts are not exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. Under the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions and access procedures are uniform—no individual negotiations are conducted. The contract terms are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest possible contract start date is 01.12.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date on which the respective contract was concluded. Admission/contract conclusion may take place within the 24-month period each time on the first day of every month.
