TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurance fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies, without a selection decision, discount contracts for the above active ingredient. Contract awards are made within the framework of an "open-house model". The contracts offered are not exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. Under the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions, and access procedures are uniform; individual negotiations are not conducted. The contract terms are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest contract start date is 01.04.2025. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start, regardless of the date on which the respective contract is concluded. Accession or contract conclusion can take place within the 24-month period respectively on the first day of each month.
