TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurance fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies without selection decision rebate agreements with the above-mentioned active ingredient. The agreements are concluded as part of an "Open House model". The offered agreements are non-exclusive; agreements with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurance fund. Under the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Agreement content, terms and access procedures are uniform - individual negotiations are not conducted. The agreement terms are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest agreement start date is 01.12.2026. All agreements end no later than 24 months after the day of the earliest agreement start date, regardless of the date on which the respective agreement was concluded. Accession and/or conclusion of an agreement can take place within the 24-month period respectively on the first day of each month.
