TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse offers discount contracts for the above-mentioned active ingredient to all interested pharmaceutical companies without any selection decision. The contract conclusions take place within the framework of an "Open House" model. The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. Uniform conditions apply to all participants under the Open House model. Contract content, conditions, and admission procedures are uniform – individual negotiations are not conducted. The contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being 01.10.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date, irrespective of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or contract conclusion can be made within the 24-month period on the first day of each month. There is a right of termination six weeks before the end of the month according to the provisions of the contract.
