TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurance company offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount agreements with the above active ingredient without any selection decision. Contract awards are made as part of an "Open House model". The agreements offered are not exclusive; agreements with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The health insurance company. In the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions, and access procedures are uniform—no individual negotiations are conducted. Contract terms are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest contract start date is 01.12.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date on which the respective contract is concluded. Accession and/or contract conclusion may take place within the 24-month period, each time on the first day of every month.
