TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount contracts for the above-mentioned active ingredient without any selection decision. The contracts are concluded within the framework of an "open-house model". The contracts offered are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. Under the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions, and access procedures are uniform—no individual negotiations are conducted. Contract terms are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest contract start date is 01.12.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Accession or contract conclusion can take place within the 24-month period, each time on the first day of each month.
