TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies rebate agreements with the aforementioned active ingredient without selection decision. The contract conclusions take place within the framework of an "Open House Model". The contracts offered are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. In the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions, and access procedures are uniform – individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, the earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or concluding a contract can take place within the 24-month period on the first day of each month. There is a right of termination at 6 weeks’ notice to the end of the month in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
