TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse offers all interested pharmaceutical companies rebate contracts for the aforementioned active substance without selection decision. The contracts are concluded within the framework of an "Open House Model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. Uniform conditions apply to all participants in the Open House model. Contract content, conditions and access procedures are uniform – individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being 01.09.2026. All contracts end at the latest 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Entry or conclusion of contracts may take place within the 24-month period on the first day of each month. There is a right to terminate with 6 weeks' notice to the end of the month in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
