TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount agreements for the above active substance without a selection decision. Contract conclusions take place within the framework of an "Open House Model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. In the Open House Model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, conditions and access procedures are uniform - individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being 01.09.2026. All contracts end at the latest 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or contract conclusion can take place during the 24-month period on the first day of each month. There is a right of termination with a notice period of 6 weeks to the end of the month in accordance with the contract provisions.
