TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse offers rebate agreements with the aforementioned active ingredient to all interested pharmaceutical companies without any selection decision. The contracts are concluded within the framework of an "Open House model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. Uniform conditions apply to all participants in the Open House model. Contract contents, terms, and admission procedures are uniform – individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being 01.10.2026. All contracts end at the latest 24 months after the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Accession or contract conclusion can take place within the 24-month period on the first day of each month. There is a right of termination with six weeks' notice to the end of the month, according to the provisions of the contract.
