TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount agreements for the above active ingredient without a selection decision. The agreements are concluded within the framework of an “open house model”. The contracts offered are not exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. In the Open House model, uniform terms apply to all participants. Contract contents, terms and conditions and access procedures are uniform—individual negotiations are not conducted. The contract terms are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest contract start date is 01.12.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the date of the earliest contract start, regardless of the date on which the respective contract is concluded. Accession and/or conclusion of a contract may take place within the 24-month period, each time on the first day of every month.
