TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount contracts with the above-mentioned active ingredient without selection decision. Contracts are concluded within the framework of an "Open House Model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. Uniform conditions apply to all participants in the Open House model. Contract contents, conditions and access procedures are uniform – individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start date being 01.09.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or contract conclusion can occur within the 24-month period on the first day of each month. There is a right of termination with six weeks' notice to the end of the month in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
