TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers all interested pharmaceutical companies rebate contracts with the above-mentioned active ingredient without any selection decision. Contracts are concluded within an "Open House model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. In the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract contents, terms, and access procedures are uniform—individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start being 01.10.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or concluding a contract can take place within the 24-month period on the first day of each month. There is a right of termination with 6 weeks' notice to the end of a month in accordance with the contract provisions.
