TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund offers discount contracts with the above active ingredient to all interested pharmaceutical companies without any selection decision. Contracts are concluded within the framework of an "Open House Model." The offered contracts are non-exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - The Health Insurance Fund. Uniform conditions apply to all participants in the Open House Model. Contract contents, conditions, and access procedures are uniform – individual negotiations are not conducted. Contract durations are a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start date 01.10.2026. All contracts end at the latest 24 months after the date of the earliest contract start, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Joining or concluding a contract can take place during the 24-month period on the first day of each month. There is a right of termination with 6 weeks' notice to the end of the month according to the provisions of the contract.
