TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse offers all interested pharmaceutical companies, without any selection decision, discount contracts with the active ingredient stated above. The contracts are concluded as part of an "open-house model". The contracts offered are not exclusive; contracts with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. Under the open-house model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions, and access procedures are uniform—individual negotiations are not carried out. The contract terms are for a maximum of 24 months; the earliest contract commencement date is 01.06.2025. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the date of the earliest contract commencement, regardless of the date of the respective contract conclusion. Accession and/or contract conclusion may be made within the 24-month period, each time on the first day of each month.
