TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse offers all interested pharmaceutical companies discount agreements with the above active ingredient without any selection decision. Contract awards take place within the framework of an "Open House model". The offered agreements are not exclusive; agreements with all market participants (pharmaceutical companies) are desired by AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland - Die Gesundheitskasse. Under the Open House model, uniform conditions apply to all participants. Contract content, terms and conditions and access procedures are uniform; individual negotiations are not conducted. The contract terms are a maximum of 24 months; the earliest possible start of the contract is 01.11.2026. All contracts end at the latest 24 months after the day of the earliest contract start, regardless of the date on which the respective contract is concluded. Accession and/or conclusion of a contract can take place within the 24-month period each time on the first day of every month.
