TENDER DESCRIPTION

The health insurance funds pursue the objective of concluding discount contracts in accordance with Section 130a(8) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, combinations of active substances and/or dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products stated in the title of the respective lot.
