The health insurance funds pursue the aim of concluding discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical entrepreneurs for the active ingredients, active ingredient combinations and/or dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products stated in the title of the respective lot.
