The health insurance funds pursue the objective of concluding discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a(8) of the SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical entrepreneurs for the active ingredients, combinations of active ingredients, and/or dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products stated in the respective lot.
