TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to § 140a SGB V for the provision of care to insured persons by means of teledermatology within the framework of a so-called open-house procedure. Under the condition of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, suitable and interested providers are offered the opportunity, at any time, to conclude and/or accede to the contract. No individual contract negotiations are conducted; no exclusivity is guaranteed to individual contracting parties. A contract is concluded with all providers that meet the requirements for the contract and have confirmed this by their signature on the declarations to be completed and/or on the contract.
