TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to § 140a SGB V for the provision of care to insured persons by means of teledermatology within the framework of a so-called Open-House procedure. Under the requirement of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested providers are offered, at any time, the conclusion and/or accession to the contract. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted, and no exclusivity is guaranteed to individual contractual partners. A contract is concluded with all providers that meet the requirements of the contract and have confirmed this by signing the declarations to be completed and/or the contract.
