TENDER DESCRIPTION

BIG direkt gesund pursues the objective of concluding, with all suitable service providers, contracts for special outpatient medical care in the field of vein therapy pursuant to Section 140a(1), sentence 2, 2nd alternative of SGB V – endoluminal varicose vein therapy. The conclusion of the contract is not subject to procurement law; it is carried out within the framework of an Open-House procedure by the health insurance company: No individual negotiations are conducted regarding contract content; uniform terms apply. BIG direkt gesund does not grant individual contract partners any exclusivity. The contract term is indefinite; a contract may be concluded at any time. The contract contains provisions on ordinary termination for both contracting parties.
