TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the Open House procedure, medicines that correspond to the BfArM list under Section 35(5a) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) (medicines for children) are excluded. The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V covering various active substances within the framework of a so-called Open House procedure. Under the condition of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion and/or accession to a discount agreement pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for the above-mentioned active substance. The earliest contract start date is 01.03.2026; the contract end date is 29.02.2028. Accession to this Open House procedure is possible at any time during the term of the contract. Please, if you are interested, kindly send us in advance by email the discount agreement signed in duplicate, taking into account the BfArM list of medicines for children.
