TENDER DESCRIPTION
In the Open House procedure, medicinal products are excluded according to the BfArM list pursuant to Section 35(5a) of the SGB V (children’s medicinal products). The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts pursuant to Section 130a(8) of the SGB V for various active substances within the framework of a so-called Open-House procedure. Under the requirement of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of a discount contract pursuant to Section 130a(8) of the SGB V regarding the aforementioned active substance, or the opportunity to accede to such a contract. The earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026; the contract end date is 30.11.2028. Accession to this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the term of the contract. Please be so kind as to send us, if you are interested, preferably in advance by email, the discount contract signed in duplicate, taking into account the BfArM list of children’s medicinal products.
