The subject of this notice is the admission of companies as distributors for the openDesk ecosystem within an open admission system. openDesk is an open-source office and collaboration suite. The suite bundles, in a web-based environment in particular, functions for document editing, file and knowledge management, email, calendar, contacts, chat, video conferences, project and task management, as well as identity and access management. The openDesk portfolio consists of software components from various component manufacturers and the openDesk integration layer. ZenDiS is responsible for assembling, further developing, and packaging the portfolio and sets quality, security, and interoperability standards. The admitted distributors form the sales tier between ZenDiS, and/or the components of the openDesk portfolio, and the downstream network of IT partners. On the basis of the package configurations specified by ZenDiS, they compile combinations of individual software components into bundles, design time-limited subscription offers from these, and market them via the IT partners incorporated into their partner network.
