TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement concerns the supply of surveying instruments and related accessories for use within the relevant training and practical environments of Hogeschool Gent (HOGENT). Orders are placed on call-off, depending on HOGENT’s specific needs. Within the framework agreement, HOGENT may order, as stated in the specifications (Article III.3), water-passing instruments, manual total stations, robotic total stations, GNSS instruments and related accessories including the corresponding instrument software and licences at the lump-sum unit prices after discount stated in the inventory. The orders may relate to the purchase of the relevant instruments and related accessories, as well as, on an occasional basis, the rental thereof for limited periods (week or month). The framework agreement also includes the necessary platform software with associated licences (perpetual licence right) for the management, processing, analysis and exchange of measurement data. Calibration on call-off, training and support are also part of the assignment.
