Operation and improvement of national road 13 Skare-Voss 2027-2032

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is for the operation and maintenance of National Road 13 on the stretch Skare-Voss. The operations contractor shall, on behalf of the contracting authority, carry out the tasks and routines that are necessary for the road network to function satisfactorily in the daily use of road users. The responsibility includes the necessary measures to maintain the function of the road infrastructure and the technical condition, as well as improvements due to loss or damage to roads or other infrastructure. The contractor shall also handle conditions and events that can lead to a risk of or affect road users or the road infrastructure, including vandalism, accidents, danger to nature and other natural events, and shall prevent or limit damage and inconvenience to the road installation ́s neighbouring properties and the otherwise surroundings of the road. The contract work also includes maintenance and improvement measures, which in the contract are termed as ordering work. On orders from the contracting authority, the operations contractor shall carry out such measures to develop the contract object.
