TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works covered by this lot concern the execution of VRD, plumbing and construction site installation services related to the operation of sanitation of underground networks and restoration of 5 courtyards (Bonaparte, Honneur, Loges, Mât américain / Lenoir path, Perret) on the Beaux-arts_Malaquais site. The works covered by the contract notably include: 1. Technical phase on the 5 courtyards: - removal of soils; - compaction and consolidation of soils; - sanitation of underground networks. 2. Heritage phase on the 5 courtyards: - laying of new and restored soils; - restoration of grilles and installation of new ones; - lighting implementation. This Lot No. 1 includes 1 free variant defined as follows: -Installation of foundations for the three educational platforms, complying with the requirements of the CCTP lot 1 paragraph 3.1.1. This variant, if accepted, will replace the base solution provided in the CCTP paragraph 3.1.1. The admissibility of the offer and the variant is conditional upon the submission of a base offer.
