TENDER DESCRIPTION

The works covered by the lot concern the performance of VRD, plumbing, and site installation services linked to the sanitation operation of underground networks and restoration of 5 courtyards (Bonaparte, Honneur, Loges, American mast / Lenoir pathway, Perret) on the Beaux-arts_Malaquais site. The works covered by the contract notably include: 1. Technical phase on the 5 courtyards: - removal of soils; - compaction and consolidation of soils; - sanitation of underground networks. 2. Heritage phase on the 5 courtyards: - reinstatement of new and restored soils; - restoration of grilles and installation of new ones; - lighting. This lot No. 1 includes 1 free variant defined as follows: -Installation of foundations for the three educational platforms, complying with the requirements of the CCTP lot 1 paragraph 3.1.1. This variant, if accepted, will replace the base solution provided in the CCTP paragraph 3.1.1. The admissibility of the offer and the variant is conditioned by the submission of a base offer.
