TENDER DESCRIPTION

The details of the missions assigned to the contractor are set out in the specification. The services are paid for by lump-sum prices. Project for a new-build construction of approximately 55 social-rental housing units and a public social action establishment. The 55 social-rental housing units will develop a floor area of 3500 m² and the public establishment will be approximately 1430 m². The social-rental housing units will include 30 units dedicated to seniors and labelled HSS+, including about ten to fifteen ageing deaf people. The “SA des chalets” is currently running, in partnership with SCIC Faire Ville, a participatory and inclusive, bilingual housing project based on a shared practice between residents and sign language on lot TR6, which borders TR7. At the foot of the Hibiscus residence building, a training centre in Sign Language will be established. This site is intended to be a structuring facility at the scale of the neighbourhood, the city and even the metropolitan area. This is a resource site dedicated to “culture soudre”, open to the neighbourhood and to the city. Our wish is to develop the momentum initiated by the TR6 project by continuing it on this lot.…
