The core scope of work for this tender revolves around the delivery, implementation, integration, and management of a COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) planning software solution for "Operationeel Plannen" (Operational Planning) at Enexis.

The key deliverables and aspects of the Statement of Work include:

• Delivery and Implementation: Providing, implementing, integrating into the existing ICT landscape, rolling out, and managing the COTS-planning software after it goes live.
• Project Planning Functionality: The solution must support planning projects within a complex infrastructure environment. This includes considering numerous dependencies between projects, managing various resources such as personnel, materials, and contractor services, and applying different project phases and milestones. The planning should cover individual projects as well as the overall portfolio.
• Capacity Planning Functionality:
• Long-Term Capacity Planning: The software needs to be capable of capacity planning with a flexible horizon of 2-5 years. This involves scenarios, demand-versus-supply capacity analysis, and insights into resource limitations and dependencies, applicable to both projects and short-cycle, order-related work.
• Short-Term Resource Planning: This is identified as a necessary core competency for the selected candidate.
• Integration Capabilities: The planning tool must integrate with Enexis's current systems, specifically Flux/Mendix and SAP-PS for project management functionalities, and Lovion for maintenance activities. The goal is to provide an integral overview of resource deployment across ongoing and planned projects, maintenance, and disruption assignments, necessitating robust integration options.
• Operational Planning Optimization: The selected planning tool is expected to optimally schedule work based on available capacity (soft planning), incorporate project milestones into a project plan, and relay this information back to project management.
• Optional Scope: The tender includes an optional scope concerning Project management and Project administration functionalities, where candidates are asked to provide advice or an elaboration.
