TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for operational leasing and fleet management for Ellevio and the group companies listed as contract-awardable entities in the procurement documents. The assignment includes operational leasing and administration of production vehicles, company cars and benefit vehicles, as well as administration of trailers owned by Ellevio. The assignment includes, among other things, vehicle ordering, delivery and return, ongoing vehicle and fleet management, a digital portal and administration, monitoring of leasing agreements and mileage, and coordination of services, maintenance, tyres, damage and other vehicle-related services in accordance with the procurement documents. The framework agreement is intended to apply from 1 January 2027 up to and including 31 December 2030. Ellevio shall thereafter have a unilateral right to extend the framework agreement by one (1) year at a time, on a maximum of four (4) occasions.
