TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender invites proposals for the provision of comprehensive company emergency response (Bedrijfshulpverlening) and first aid (EHBO) training services, inclusive of all necessary materials, rights, and integrated industry-standard services. The agreement will commence on February 1, 2027. It has an initial duration of two years (24 months). Following the initial period, the agreement can be extended, first by 12 months, and then a maximum of one additional time for 12 months, under the same conditions. If the client does not terminate the agreement, it will end by operation of law on January 31, 2031. Therefore, the total maximum duration, including all possible extensions, is 4 years.
