TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is planning the realization and operation of a multifunctional office building for ministerial purposes on the former Postblock site, the section of the so-called "Postblock North" in Berlin-Mitte. The main objectives of the measure are the implementation of an appealing architecture with corresponding qualities, the fulfillment of space and area requirements as well as compliance with BImA specifications for sustainability, accessibility, and technical building equipment. Within the framework of this Europe-wide procurement procedure, BImA as the contracting authority is looking for a highly qualified private contractor for the planning, construction, and subsequent operation of the construction project subject to the tender. In the event of contract award, operational services of the technical building management (TGM) as well as of the infrastructural building management (IGM) are to be provided for a period of 25 years after commissioning; in infrastructural building management (IGM), only cleaning and maintenance services of the building, the outdoor facilities, as well as winter services are included.
