TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is planning the implementation and operation of a multifunctional office building for ministerial purposes on the former Postblock Area, the section called "Postblock North" in Berlin-Mitte. The main objectives of the measure are the realization of an appealing architecture with corresponding qualities, the implementation of the space and area requirements, as well as compliance with BImA guidelines for sustainability, accessibility, and technical building equipment. Within the framework of this Europe-wide procurement procedure, BImA as contracting authority is seeking a highly qualified private contractor for the planning, construction, and subsequent operation of the construction project subject to tender. In the event of contract award, both operational services of the technical building management (TGM) and those of infrastructural building management (IGM) must be provided for a period of 25 years after commissioning; infrastructural building management (IGM) exclusively includes cleaning and maintenance services of the building, the outdoor facilities, as well as winter services.
