TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben, BImA) plans the realization and operation of a multifunctional office building development for ministerial purposes on the former Postblock site, the section of the so-called “Postblock Nord” in Berlin-Mitte. The main objectives of the measure are the implementation of an attractive architecture with corresponding qualities, the implementation of the space and area requirements, and compliance with BImA’s specifications for sustainability, accessibility and the technical building equipment. Within the scope of this Europe-wide procurement procedure, the BImA, as the contracting authority, is seeking a highly qualified private contractor for planning, construction and the subsequent operation of the construction project forming the subject of the tender.
