The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian and cycle path in the road right-of-way on Zastawie Street, on the section from Powstańców Wielkopolskich Street to Francuska Street, as part of the Sustainable Urban Mobility programme – Stage III. 2. A multi-industry construction design project together with all industries must be prepared in accordance with the Construction Law and with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11.09.2020 on the detailed scope and form of a construction design project (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2022, item 1679, as amended).
