TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the development of updates to: 1) the water law record necessary to submit an application for a water law permit for water services including the impoundment and retention of surface waters of the Dzierżęcinka river using existing water devices forming part of the retention reservoir located on the Dzierżęcinka river at km 12+058 – 12+800 of its course (including the weir and dam at km 12+058), intake and discharge of surface waters, and special use of waters including ensuring water supply for the operation of devices enabling fish migration, carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 paragraph 3 points 1, 2 and 9, Article 34 point 11, Article 389 points 1 and 2, Article 407 paragraphs 2 and 3, Article 408, Article 409 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Act of 20 July 2017 - Water Law (Journal of Laws 2020, item 310 as amended); 2) the water management instruction necessary for the application for a water law permit for impounding surface waters with the impounding structure as above, in accordance with Article 407 paragraph 3 of the Water Law Act, containing a description of the method of water management and satisfying the needs of all…
